INGREDIENTS:
- 8-10 Shrimp
- 1 Chawan Liquid Milk
- 4 sliced red chili peppers (if you want it spicy, add more. If you want it less spicy, reduce it)
- 1 tsp sugar (depending on the level of spiciness)
- 1 Salted Egg (boiled and squeezed)
- 1-2 stalks of curry leaves
- 2 tbsp Butter / Margarine and 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- A little pepper
- A Little Bit of Geram / Chicken Starch Powder (more delicious)
METHODS:
- Fry the shrimp for a while.
- Leave the excess oil from the frying pan, add butter/margarine.
- Add garlic, stir-fry for a while. Then add chili rice and curry leaves.
- Before the garlic becomes too crisp, add liquid milk.
- Add the salted egg that has been squeezed full of lust, anger, revenge and hatred
- When the milk has started to thicken, add sugar, salt/chicken starch powder (just a little).h
- Then, add the shrimp. Sprinkle some pepper. Cook on high heat for a while. When the sauce is to your liking, turn off the heat and serve.
*tips, if there is too much milk and the sauce is slow to thicken, add a little wheat flour and stir. It works as a thickening agent. Remember, the buttermilk sauce must be creamy and a little thick. If it's liquid it's not buttermilk, it's cocoa crunch. Heheh
Thankyou so much. Finished. Good luck
